Can act on 1,4-β - D-glucoside bonds in cellulose. pH 4.0~5.0, The optimal value is 4.8, which varies depending on the substrate. The temperature range for use is 40-50 ℃. In general, a dosage of 0.05% of the substrate weight is sufficient for effectiveness. Users are advised to determine the optimal dosage based on experiments. Activating agents include sodium fluoride, magnesium, cobalt chloride, cadmium, calcium phosphate, and neutral salts. Inhibitors include cellobiose, glucose, and methylcellulose.
Usage: Biochemical research, plant cell hybridization research, catalytic hydrolysis of cellulose molecules, generation of fiber oligosaccharides, fiber disaccharides, and glucose. The accumulation of disaccharides in the reactants inhibits the enzymatic hydrolysis process.
