Characteristic: Liquid. This product is an exonuclease, and peptidase is a very important enzyme in biology, medical research, and biotechnology.

Purpose: Biochemical research. A type of enzyme that catalyzes the sequential cleavage of peptide bonds from the end of a peptide chain and the release of free amino acids. The enzyme that acts on the free amino end is called aminopeptidase, and the enzyme that acts on the free carboxyl end is called carboxypeptidase. They can hydrolyze peptides into amino acids. Peptidases are also widely used in laboratories as inhibitory protein reagents and to produce the protein sequences required for peptides. More recent experiments have used peptidases to inhibit specific treatment of recombinant fusion proteins, such as NIa endopeptidase targeting specific sites of viral polyprotein from tobacco leaf etching virus (C04.004): ENLYFQ+G/S。 Introducing nucleotide sequence fragments encoding specific protein mediators (or polyhistidine and a protein) at specific sites in viral vectors allows for easy differentiation of specific proteins from mixtures by adding peptide endonucleases (Kapust et al., 2000).
