Appearance: Blue liquid, 2 x Taq PCR Mix is a 2 x concentrated pre mixed solution for PCR amplification, containing Taq DNA polymerase, dNTP mixture, buffer and other essential components for PCR amplification (excluding templates and primers)
Purpose: Biochemical research. When in use, only templates and primers need to be added to the amplification system for PCR, greatly simplifying the operation process, shortening the operation time, and reducing contamination (reducing the number of sample additions). At the same time, due to the presence of enhancers in the system, the sensitivity of PCR amplification can be significantly enhanced. The amplified product has a 3 '- dA protruding end. Taq DNA polymerase is a thermally stable recombinant Taq DNA polymerase derived from the thermophilic bacterium Thermus aquaticus, with a molecular weight of 94 KD. The length of the amplified fragment can reach 5 kb (simple template). The extension speed is 0.9-1.2 kb/min (70-75 ℃). This enzyme has 5 '→ 3' polymerase activity and no 3 '→ 5' exonuclease activity.
Storage: Store at -20 ℃ for 12 months, short-term storage at 4 ℃ for one week to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Note: If stored at a temperature below -30 ℃ for a long time or subjected to rapid freezing with dry ice, the color of this product will become lighter until it turns yellow (depending on the degree of rapid freezing). After testing, this change does not affect the effectiveness of use.
