Product Introduction (Background): Trypsin is a serine protease that can specifically cleave the C-terminal peptide bonds of lysine and arginine. Recombinant porcine trypsin is expressed and produced by Escherichia coli, and its amino acid sequence is identical to that of pancreatic trypsin derived from pig pancreas. Recombinant porcine trypsin has the same enzymatic properties as animal derived porcine trypsin and can replace pancreatic trypsin derived from pig pancreas in various biotechnological processes. The molecular weight of recombinant trypsin is 24kD, and the optimal pH is 7.0-11.0. Trypsin activity is inhibited by serine protease inhibitors such as PMSF, and metal ion chelating agents such as EDTA can also inhibit enzyme activity.

Application: Biochemical research. Recombinant porcine trypsin has the same enzymatic properties as animal derived porcine trypsin and can replace porcine pancreatic derived trypsin in various biotechnological processes, such as recombinant insulin production, cell culture, cell fermentation, protein enzymatic hydrolysis, and cell separation of various tissues.
Recommended usage:
Dissolve in 1mM HCl, and the concentration of recombinant trypsin is 1-10mg/ml. When in use, enzyme dosage: target protein=1:50-1:1000, optimal pH is 7.0-11.0.
Stability: Recombinant human trypsin freeze-dried powder is stored at 2-8 ℃ and remains stable for 24 months; Dissolve 1mM hydrochloric acid or 50mM acetic acid and store at -20 ℃. Repeat freezing and thawing 10 times without any loss of activity
