usage method:
1. Membrane filtration method
(1) Take 1ml of penicillin enzyme and dilute it with sterile water to 1000ml as the rinsing solution. Sterilize all the equipment used using appropriate methods and soak it in the rinsing solution for 10 minutes;
⑵ Take a specified amount of the test sample, filter it according to the prescribed method, and rinse the filter membrane with an appropriate amount of flushing solution in (1);
⑶ Dilute 1ml of penicillin enzyme with sterile water to 200ml, add 10ml of this solution to each culture medium, and store the remaining solution at 2-8 ° C for later use.
⑷ Inoculate the filter membrane into the culture medium according to the prescribed method.
2. Direct vaccination method
Take a specified amount of the test sample (according to pharmacopoeia regulations), mix it, add an appropriate amount of sterile penicillin enzyme solution (according to pharmacopoeia regulations), and inoculate it into each tube of culture medium. Alternatively, it can be directly transferred to a culture medium containing sterile penicillin enzyme.
