Product description: Enterokinase (light chain), CAS number: 9014-74-8, is a highly specific protease that recognizes Asp Asp Asp Asp Lys sequences and hydrolyzes peptides at the C-terminus of Lys. It can convert trypsinogen into trypsin or cleave fusion proteins with this recognition sequence. Due to its high specificity and hydrolysis efficiency, enterokinase is widely used in the development of genetic engineering products.
